Bueno - I will try this. I do something similar
For burgers.

1/2 ground pork, 1/2 ground beef, Parmesan, a dry beef rub, and some Worcestershire sauce.

1/2 inch patties, smoke 'em on the Traeger for 2 hours.
Remove. Crank to high heat. Sear.

She's a winner with 1 part bbq 4 parts mayo as the secret sauce.

Tri-tip sounds better
