You can disagree with me, but you can't say that my statement isn't true. It was based on MY EXPERIENCE. I've got to 3 games in my lifetime at Rice Eccles. 2 not sitting in the student section, and 1 sitting in the student section. IN MY EXPERIENCE, it was more pleasant sitting in the student section. It was by no means a walk in the park. Nor was it a friendly outing between fans of two teams. They still cheered, booed, yelled obscenities, but I at no point felt threatened. The other two times sitting in random Ute fan sections were BAD... Like , "leave the game because it wasn't any fun", bad.
