Clearly looking at it from a 2010 "footprint" view.
This is a business point of view using an old approach. I.e. Local geography defines overall worth. This is the same thinking that brought us UU, CU, Rutgers and Maryland acquisitions. I'm not sure that model currently holds water. Things have changed.
