Yeah, I don't think so. Take a look at this map of church buildings and
tell me whether the TC has more members than Puget Sound.

According to this: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Church_of_Jesus_Christ_of_Latter-day_Saints_in_Washington#cite_note-1 the State of Washington has 61 stakes. In the Puget Sound region there are 30+ stakes. So more than half the stakes are in the Puget Sound area.
