TL;DR is supposed to be accompanied by a one to two sentence summary of the
lengthy post, and is usually written by the author themselves. They write it for the benefit of those of us who do not want to read their wall of text. I've noticed a few times, it's something that CB has not quite gotten right, as I believe it comes from reddit (at least that's where I've learned it from.) Anyway, you are right. OP's post is long and I don't care to read it either.
