If Boren is actually mad, I wonder if it's directed at BYU or those schools

If it's directed at BYU, then that means the HC changes need to be finalized soon, which I expect and hope will happen. Otherwise, it's possible that BYU has made planned changes known to the Big 12, but a few schools are looking for more or don't feel the risk of adding BYU is worth it even with those changes.
