I'm not saying Nike doesn't come up with the designs. I'm saying BYU has control
over what designs they go with, whether that's working with Nike on something custom or picking from the generic team templates. This looks like it's at least partially custom given that mountains wouldn't be a likely template option, and the fact that 'Brigham Young' is set in BYU's branded logotype and not one of Nike's generic fonts.
Just saying -- these jerseys don't just show up on a university's doorstep. If we're getting pressured into approving something like this, that's our own fault for not being clear about our brand and aesthetic.
They're not the worst thing we could be wearing, but we've looked much better in some of the generic Duke-inspired template jerseys.
