The inventory of available power conference members
is insufficient to fulfil the requirements that BIG and SEC teams play one OOC game with another P5; the ACC mandate begins 2017.
To comply with the mandate, schools will find G5 replacements and then ask the conference for a waiver so that the G5 team be designated as P5.
It's all about scheduling, nothing else.

LMBSO - Fresno State considered a P5 for B10 scheduling.. not the entire MWC or Boise State, but FRESNO STATE....
