I was wrong. You are right. Fresno received an exception
and not just a game/series waiver. BIG teams can now schedule Fresno,Air Force, Army, BYU, Cindy Navy, ND and UConn and those game will be considered to satisfy the P5 requirement.

LMBSO - Fresno State considered a P5 for B10 scheduling.. not the entire MWC or Boise State, but FRESNO STATE....
