What I got out of it is that you are either born with the talent for accuracy or you're not. Steve was born with it, but he also had to develop it and work hard to realize his potential. Steve was not the most accurate passer originally, but the potential was always there. That's what I got out of his comments. But you should go back and listen to it for yourself.
