professional QB or coach, but I would think there is a ton of things you can do to improve your accuracy and feel that there are many QB's that have improved their accuracy. Now, maybe he's talking about the "uber-elite" QB...the ones that separate themselves from ordinary QB to HOF QB and that they have an extra ability that is in-born rather than learned. I can appreciate that. But to say you can improve accuracy seems misguided.
