This is something I kind of expect
Though I think maybe next summer, or possibly the summer after. What ESPN really seems to have bought, with their $10 million, is the right to chose who the Big 12 expands with. ESPN is now in a position to say, 'pick these teams and we'll increase your annual payout by $$$', then the Presidents can vote to accept or not -- Fox doesn't have a say since they still have the pro rata clause.
