Granted, the three or four yewt friends that I have are excited about the announcement, and two or three of my BYU buddies are done and never want to play this game again. You have people on both ends of the fence.

I may be in the minority, but I dont care anymore if we play the game or not. BYU could fill that slot with another P5 team as easily as the yewts could fill it with a DIVII team if they so wish.

I could be up in the night, but the only reason for me to play this game anymore is the long standing rivalry and tradition. But, I would venture to say the more on both sides want the game than dont.

BYU doesn't need to play the yewts and vice versa. Not being in the same conference, and both teams heading in different directions will do that to a rivalry.

Anywho, fire away, thumbs up, thumbs down, whichever you choose, that is my thoughts.
