What happened with the Boise St - Wyoming game?

It seems that the Bronco's got off to an early lead but let Wyoming hang around and the Cowboys made some crazy plays at the end to pull it out. I expected Boise State to win this one by 2-3 scores and was shocked that it was competitive and even more so that Wyoming won.
