I dunno. The OP basically describes every experience I have with cafe rio.
Almost exactly the same experience.
And heaven help you if you point out that they put the entirely wrong ingredients on there and you suggest they fix it by making a new burrito.
Or shame on you if you wait until you are actually at the front of the line before giving your order rather than shouting the order from the second row of the line switch back.
