cash register though. Seems like an easy fix. I know in Provo (as well as several locations in SLC area) the food prep guys are super fast, but they also have 2 cash registers going. It's a good setup. At the locations in California near me, the food prep is unbearably slow and they get confused if you tell them your whole order up front. They have to go through their checklist one by one (do you want rice? beans? what kind? etc). Same thing happened to me in DC, and several other out of state locations. I really miss the super speedy Utah locations. They need to do some sort of corporate training to get all their locations on the same page.
I've finally gotten fed up with it, now I just order online before I head out the door and I'll pick up my order from the To Go line when I get there.
