I received a 20 gage shotgun that hasn't been shot in 5-10 years.
What do I need to do to it maintenance wise to ensure it will work correctly
I was going to do a basic cleaning like was mentioned in this video:

Anything else I should be aware of?

Clean it. Then shoot it.

pop a shell in it and shoot it. should work fine. unless you got mud in it

Unless stored open somewhere it could collect dirt,mud,water, put shell in shoot
