There are a number of reasons why Utah has dominated the rivalry of late, but I doubt that Utah's players needed anyone to get in their faces to get them up for the game. Any player who can't get up for the game without their coach "getting in their face" is probably not playing D1 football. Playing at a high level is about much more than being worked up, in fact it probably hurts performance.
Coach Sitake has been in the other locker room and I'm confident that his methods are taking advantage of the best elements that positively impact performance, not silly Pop Warner football tactics.
