So unless that has changed I don't see it happening because it was a nfl rule and not a ncaa.

The NBA would be smart to implement the same rule, it really hurts the baf teams in the nba drafting on upside and potential only to have them take their lumps and move on before they help the team that drafted them, or even worse, the nba teams completely miss on their pick and the person never even develops.
