OLB = outside linebacker. Definitely don't need to weigh 250+ to play OLB in

the NFL (or any level of football, for that matter). Mark Barron is playing OLB for the Rams right now and is listed at 215. Sean Lee and Shaq Thompson are both 230-ish and doing fine at OLB for their respective teams.
