My son trains with a guy named Dave Stroshine who is a nationally respected trainer who trains quite a few NFL and college players. Taysom is in the same group as my son at times working out. It's really good training and not the kind you'd just do to do it, you'd only do it if you are trying to increase your physical abilities to be more competitive. Tells me he is seriously trying to make the next level.
