No substitute for speed at WR, DB, RB, etc., but speed is relative. Anything under 10.99 is nice. McChesney and Burt are fast, but if you consider that last year, the fastest Utah kid, Junior Tovar, ran 10.84 and that put him in 814th place among high school sprinters in the country.
And our times are at altitude. You see that we have some ground to make up.
