This is different than Bronco for several reasons. 1st of all, Bronco was not well liked. 2nd, Rose is not going to give us the political cover that Bronco did. When Bronco accepted the job at Virginia, it became non-toxic. Rose isn't going to another team. He wants to see this group of players develop over 4 years. He has said so. In order to get rid of him, you have to fire him. It won't be pretty, it will be ugly. I don't think we did badly on the football coaching change. I thought it was a good transition. I like the result. However, it is not time to make a basketball coaching change. By any metric, we have the best coach that has ever coached at BYU. If we stupidly force a change, we will regret it.
