I wasn't comparing his NFL abilities to Heaps. I was simply illustrating that having a plan doesn't guarantee things will unfold as he thinks they will. Beck and Hall were elite level QBs and they still weren't good enough to leave after their Jr years for the NFL. They needed that final year to elevate their stock. Hopefully 2 more years of being the guy is enough for Tanner to make a strong case for the NFL.
