Refs didn't notice when Karnowski's knees ended up on Mika on that loose ball

tie-up. Just because Mika was on the ground, shouldn't give players the right to land on that player when trying to tie it up. This happens all the time and refs just let it go. Karnowski definitely gave Mika a little shot and he got away with it.
