And it wasn't done in anger. It was simply a player trying to prevent an easy basket. Coaches tell players all the time to foul instead of allow easy baskets. So that's what Mika was doing there although like I said probably not exactly what Rose would have liked - a hard foul to prevent a bucket instead of intentionally grabbing someone.
