I love that he is in the WCC (makes it a better conference). I love that he supports his team and that he's passionate in behalf of his players. I agree that those calls against Childs were bad and I agree that bad calls went both ways but I love a coach who supports his players.

Gonzaga is becoming a rival largely because of how good they are. It is great that they are good. I think we have a lot of potential for the future as well. I look forward to an increasing rivalry. Sometimes that will result in angry situations on both sides but overall this is good for the conference.

I have been to Las Vegas for the conference tournament every year since we have been in the WCC. Gonzaga fans are passionate and I love that about them. In the vast majority of cases they are very classy fans who really support their team. I look forward to meeting up with them again this year. Though I will passionately cheer for my team, in the NCAA tournament I will be cheering for Gonzaga and St. Marys and hope that there is a slight possibility that I will be cheering for the cougars as well.
