Depends on what MY goals are.
If I want the most money, and get 10% off every contact and endorsement, I'd tell him to stay in China.
If I'm his friend and truly want for him what he wants (or shoot, even if it were as self-serving as wanting the optics of having an NBA star as a client), I'd tell him let's find him an NBA team who he'd be a good fit with.
