Noone's counting on them, but if you're running to shoot, there won't be people

in place to rebound. I'm certain that BYU has a higher offensive rebound rate when they shoot later in the shot clock relative to shooting in the first 5 seconds or so / in transition. I'm not sure how much higher the offensive rebound rate is though – who knows, it might not double the rate or anything.

I've never seen any data that suggests that. You dont "count on" OREB.
