no, Bryants layup wasn't a possession where we slowed it down.
We ran a few actions to get his look.
And yes, definitely think slowing it down was a good call as I noted in the OP. We just need to do it more efficiently (a few additional seconds), and we'll get the same positives (rest, shortened game, time to refocus).
