I'm hoping to high heaven he's drilling that message into the players, and that he's not at all coach-speaking with them.

Maybe I'm looking at it wrong, but I'm worried that the fact that he's saying it in such a public forum means the message ISN'T sinking in when they discuss it amongst only the team.

I mean, you think about it, that's a pretty harsh public indictment of his players. He's essentially saying they're selfish AND not as good as they think they are. All I'm saying is, that's a gamble he's taking.
