Yup, we are building in Arizona and we spent 25%
On upgrades. We are building with a big name national builder. While we spent higher than average (20% is about average) and we are very happy with what we are getting, we still didn't get everything we wanted. In addition to that we are spending 12k on rear landscaping a small lot and another 30k on a basic pool.
