and UMass would be P5 OOC games. There's a point in here. You complained that other teams have their whole conference schedule which sets them apart... But not all P5 teams are created equal. I think his point above was that you can't just look at a conference schedule and say oh that makes it better. Take out weak OOC games and just compare the low end of conference schedules to the low end of BYU's minus what you might call an "OOC" like Umass or SUU. There are plenty of teams at the bottom of P5 conferences that suck.

Does it make them equal? No. But it's not as big of a gap as you think. And year by year teams change so you never know.
