From what I understand, flight attendants don't get paid enough to be everyone's
drink server, babysitter, overhead bin helper, nurse when people get nauseous, psychologist for helping people with phobia's, seating arrangement director, passenger removal person etc... Don't most of these attendants make like $15.00 an hour?

Their companies set policies like most companies have, they then are expected to follow their policies in order to do their job. Are they perfect in execution? No, probably much like most other humans when trying to follow the policies of their jobs.

This whole film the dirty flight crew is starting to feel similar to 2016's anti cop narrative. First it started with some bad cops, making bad decisions which then escalated into "cops are all bad, we need to fight back and protest".. thankfully that narrative lost its steam. Now the common chatter and storyline seems to be the bad airline attendants. I'm sure there are some bad flight attendants but they don't make near enough money to be putting up with all the entititled adults who act like brat children.
