But she refused to let the flight attendant take the stroller. Apparently he tried to wrestle it out of her hands and it hit her. You can argue that he shouldn't have tried to wrestle it out of her hands. But she's far from innocent in this situation and the "abuse" wasn't ongoing. Hot head passenger took a bad situation and added the possibility that it could have been far worse.
