if you want a nice meal, and if you want a really nice meal, Communal is very well respected. And I think there's some really great/eclectic kinds of options downtown (Black Sheep Cafe, for example). And the two Indian restaurants are very, very good. Mostly I just think the variety of options, particularly internationally, downtown are fun.
Station 22 is pretty good.
Hruska's is great at what it offers.
Guru's has some nice options.
and I think the Salvadorian restaurant is great too, but I like south american food.
Then you have some upscale dessert options for ice cream/cupcakes.
Concert Top series is pretty cool.
Downtown Provo is alright for a city of 100K.
