With NFL and NHL, Vegas is now approaching a maxed out point to support
pro franchises.
For it being a smaller city, it has a limited amount of corporate dollars to donate. It probably could not successfully support the big 4. Even one more of NBA or MLB would be pushing it.

Yeah it sure is weird. I live here. Santa Clara is not a tourist town. Neither is San Jose. It's a weird fit.

It's still weird. Very few nearby hotels and in a boring area. No restaurants, bars, or night life of any kind
