Thinking about remodeling master bathroom but tossing a few ideas around.

Currently have 1 sink but large enough vanity that could do two (68"). Wondering about the value of 2 sinks vs. lots of countertop space. I also really like all the drawers which we'd trade having 2 banks for 1 with a second sink cabinet.

Have one of those monster corner jetted tubs we rarely use. Considering replacing it with a smaller free-standing tub or getting rid of it all together to make room for a massive shower. The current shower is decent sized-- about 3x5 but nothing special. We'll definitely get new tile and change to frameless glass surround in shower.

Do you think the tub is a big deal for resale & is it worth it to get a funky but a bit pricey one?

The space is adequate but not overflowing by any means. Thinking you all might have some thoughts we hadn't considered before.
