I would personally be pretty disappointed to go back to a one sink setup. It's just so nice to have my own space and not be sharing. We actually have a split vanity which I initially thought was weird but have grown to like.

I have never used our jetted tub and don't really ever plan to. I have no idea why those are practically standard in newer homes. Also, big showers are nice, but I don't think they are totally necessary. That's not going to move the needle for me.
