It's tough to sleep during the day. I am awakened every day by car horns or landscaping equipment or helicopters flying over and it makes me grumpy. But I don't fault anyone because I am the one closing to sleep while the rest of the world works. That's on me.

This isn't much different. It's not reasonable to expect someone else to shut it down at 8 pm because it effects your lifestyle. You chose yat lifestyle, and it's not reasonable. I can see getting upset after 10, maybe 9 at the earliest. But calling someone out because their kids are still enjoying life at 8 makes you a nasty person.
