So, you're saying that speed and strength ARE NOT athleticism, but agility is?
By that reasoning, the BYU women's gymnastic team or dance team would make great NFL players, just like the amazingly agile McCaffery, as would tennis, basketball, and soccer players, all sports that are rated as requiring the MOST AGILITY. But, athletes in those sports do not always make great NFL players. So, IMO, it's a good thing you're not picking for the NFL draft. Based on your definition of "athleticism," your team might end up with a bunch of very agile dancers or gymnasts on you football team, instead of guys like Taysom, Ziggy, or JJ Watt. IMO, what defines the NFL athlete includes agility, but certainly also includes the ratio of size to speed - ala Ziggy Ansah!
