This isn't a post to trigger anyone or anything like that. I'm an occasional lurker on CB and posting my thoughts usually makes me uncomfortable but today I thought I'd give it a go.

Anyways a lot of the fan base is fed up with the state of our football program. The biggest complaint is that we don't compete at the highest level. That makes sense. I've gotten the impression that this has become a big chip on our shoulder and ever since Utah got the invite there has been a palpable cloud of anxiety hovering above the program.

About three years ago I was fortunate enough to move to my first NFL town and adopt a professional team. It's been nice and we actually made the playoffs one year. I still love to watch BYU and I rarely miss a game but I just care less now that I'm splitting my time and that's okay.
