The problems are coaching related and not player related
Mika only comes back if he feels there is some in staff to help him develop for the NBA. That element is missing from current staff.
There is significant unrest in the locker room and it's all directed at coaching or lack of coaching. Rose needs to make a statement with his next hire if he really wants Mika back.
We need basketball teachers on our staff. Too many administrators and not enough real coaching.
