In other words: Star Wars is better w/o the prequels.
Still not perfect, but R1, IV, V, VI and VII all flow smoothly without I II and III adding plot holes and giving nothing in return.

No. He was a lazy director. Two camera angles. No location shoots. Just all green screen done on the cheap.
