like I said above, his recruiters/coaches left. LSU had not just one, but two big QB recruits in the 17 class, so it was all going to pan out this way. I think they knew they needed better than Etling and wanted more immediate help, or at least depth since they didn't have any, hence the two QBs last class. The whole situation doesn't say a ton about his skill or potential. He's a big guy with a big arm, and he's been playing in the system that Ty wants. His development in this system should be further along than other QBs, which is big for BYU since it takes a while.
He's really accurate when he's set. Good strength. Great size at 6'5 215 already.
Nothing like Torre IMO.
