McKee is a mission kid. Dinkelmann is not. They are not bringing in two QBs to compete against each other in 2018. So yeah, he does... Long before McKee ever will. And yes, he's a better prospect than Hall, especially for this system, where he's been in it already, as opposed to many HS QBs. He has a very good chance to compete well with Wilstead right away. He could very well be further along as far as knowledge of the system goes, by that time.
