The OC would occasionally send the play in with the instruction of look for so and so or do this if they blitz, and the QB would just say the play in the huddle--Not include the separate instruction.

I'd be curious how often that happens on the college level. I would guess that all of that would be included in game planning during the week and on the sideline between series
