Cooper was really the fall back option. I really think that Detmer has a very specific type of guy he wants. Dinkelman and McKee are both really tall, strong armed pocket QBs. We want both of them. Cooper may be great, but I honestly think BYU would rather pass on a QB in this class than take a guy who just doesn't fit.

They are also very excited about Wilstead and Critchlow. It is nothing against Cooper. And, like many others at WSU, he may end up with very gaudy numbers.
