First, I bet he is not a WR in college

Second, following recruiting like I have for over 30 years I learned not to put too much stock into star ratings. Harvey Unga and Austin Collie are great examples of 2 and 3 star players who played way above that. There are many others on that list as well

Many 3* guys in Texas could move to Idaho and put up 4* numbers. Just the nature of the beast.
