Also, I put more stock in a 4 star athlete from California, Texas, or Florida than I do a 4 star athlete from Utah, Idaho, or Wyoming. Having to play much better competition, there is a reason that many 4 star guys from non power places do not seem to fare as well as 4 stars from the power states.
